Industrial Heat Exchange
Industrial heat exchange and heat recovery: steam booster heat pumps that upgrade waste steam to high-grade saturated steam, and screw expanders that recover both power and cold energy from pressure letdown.

Steam Booster Heat Pump Unit
For sectors that require high-temperature and high-pressure steam, the waste steam and exhaust steam discharged by the process can be recycled to improve energy utilization efficiency. The steam booster heat pump unit recovers that waste steam and exhaust steam, improves the grade through the compressor, and delivers high-grade saturated steam outward.

Screw Expanders — power plus cold energy
The oil-injection screw pressure direct expansion generator converts pressure energy into electric power (50–1,250 kW depending on working conditions). The by-product at the expander outlet is cold energy, usable down to −50 °C — standalone, or with a compression condensing unit for deep utilization.
- Inlet −40 ~ 200 °C, 0.4–5.0 MPa, max single-machine expansion ratio 20
- Expander efficiency 60–85% depending on working conditions
- Grid connection at 400 V, 6.3 kV or 10.5 kV, or direct drive of other equipment
- Low-grade waste heat as low as 35 °C can pre-heat the inlet working fluid
One plant, three heat jobs
Cool
Cascade CO2 and R290/CO2 phase change units remove process heat where temperatures matter — down to −38 °C nominal and beyond in cryogenic service.
Recover
Steam boosters lift waste and exhaust steam to high-grade saturated steam; low-grade waste heat as low as 35 °C pre-heats expander working fluid.
Generate
Expanders turn pressure letdown into 50–1,250 kW of power with cold energy to −50 °C as a by-product.
